If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform or its services.

Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate information during registration.

Certain services may only be available to eligible retailers, distributors or businesses that satisfy applicable onboarding and verification requirements.

Account Registration & Verification

You are responsible for ensuring that registration and verification information provided to the platform is complete, accurate and current.

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Do not share unauthorized access
• Notify support about suspected misuse
• Complete required verification processes

Platform Services

Unatti Pay may provide access to supported services including, where available:

• AEPS
• BBPS and utility bill payments
• DMT
• Recharge and DTH
• Payout services
• supported identity document workflows
• Account opening assistance
• UPI Cash Point services
• Other supported business services

Availability may vary based on provider support, user eligibility, location and operational conditions.

Transactions

Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before submitting a transaction request. Once a transaction is processed, cancellation or reversal may depend on the relevant service provider and transaction status.

Transaction receipts, references and status messages should be retained for reconciliation and support.

Wallet, Balance & Settlement

Where wallet or settlement functionality is provided, displayed balances, settlement requests and account movements are subject to successful processing and applicable service conditions.

Fees & Charges

Certain services may carry transaction fees, platform charges, provider charges or other applicable costs.

Where possible, relevant charges should be displayed before or during transaction processing. Charges may vary depending on the selected service or provider.

User Responsibilities

Users must use the platform responsibly and only for lawful and authorized business purposes.

• Verify customer and transaction details
• Follow applicable service procedures
• Protect account login credentials
• Maintain required transaction records
• Provide accurate information
• Cooperate with legitimate verification requests

Prohibited Activities

The platform must not be used for unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful activities.

• Unauthorized account access
• False or misleading verification information
• Fraudulent transactions
• Attempted manipulation of platform systems
• Misuse of customer information
• Violation of applicable service rules
• Distribution of malware or harmful code

Third-Party Service Providers

Some services may be provided through banks, payment networks, billers, verification providers, telecom operators or other third parties.

Their operational rules, processing times and availability may apply to transactions routed through those services.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and responsive, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, provider downtime, banking networks, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside our control.

Account Suspension Or Restriction

Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to protect users, investigate suspicious activity, address verification issues or respond to violations of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Website design, platform interfaces, logos, branding, graphics, text and software elements owned by or licensed to Unatti Pay may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unatti Pay will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party outages, incorrect user input, unauthorized credential use or external network failures.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when services, operational requirements or platform policies change.
